Our items ship within 2-7 business days. Please contact customer care if you need your product faster. Once your order has left our facilities we will update you by sending you the track and trace code of the shipment. Pre-order can take up longer than the usual shipping time, but this will be communicated by us.

Customers outside Europe are subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country and paid by the customer. Please note that regulations and guidelines differ by country and we are not liable for the additional costs. It is highly advised to check with the local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by the customer to ensure an accurate calculation.

If the customer refuses the package or the parcel cannot be delivered, they are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received at the warehouse.

HELPFUL TIPS

Therefore, please make sure that the shipping address is correct as once the order is on its way, we are unable to make changes.

Our delivery time starts the moment the order is processed. Process to shipping may take 24 hours depending on the time you placed the order.

If you are not going to be home to receive your package, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.

If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, the products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@shopcarelli.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once we process your request, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds online will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned item. You will be refunded equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Due to being a small independent business, customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

For international returns, we cannot refund shipping costs, import duties, or taxes.

Carelli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Carelli is also not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated, contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments returned to us due to an error in the provided address. Restocking fees may apply to returned shipments.

We are not responsible if the information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Any reliance on this material is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders may be limited or canceled at our discretion, including those placed under the same customer account, billing address, or payment method. 4. PRICING AND TAXES

All prices include applicable Dutch taxes but exclude shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are displayed separately. Payments must be made using the available payment methods on the Carelli webshop.

5. DELIVERY

We strive to process and deliver orders promptly. If your product arrives incomplete or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Deliveries are made to the address provided, and risks transfer to you upon shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or taxes, which are non-refundable.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE & PRICES

Prices and imagery for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. 8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from receipt of your package to send us your return. (Please note: if this deadline is not respected, we reserve the right to replace the item or not). The articles should be in the same state as when you received them. The return postage however will be at your own expense, except if the return is due to an error on our behalf. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return. This may be for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.

The following are also excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• products that are not sealed but have been used or are missing their original packaging

Products that are damaged or used, or where the original packaging is damaged, cannot be returned. If these are returned anyway, costs may be charged for the return. The amount of these costs will be determined by Carelli. We reserve the right to assess and refuse any product individually if it does not meet our return conditions. After termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but within 14 days, using the instructions you receive by e-mail.
Carelli will refund the cost of the returned product, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method that the original payment was made with. Return costs are for your own account and are not reimbursed by us.

9. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

On the assumption that the products we have delivered have a latent defect, you have a time limit of seven (7) clear days in which to return these products. You will be reimbursed the return postage by a voucher for the equivalent value. You can either choose to eliminate the defect or to have the damaged product replaced by another. If we do not wish to either eliminate the defect or to replace the damaged product, or if we cannot do so, or if we cannot do so within the time limit because of circumstances beyond our control, you may either choose to return it to us and be reimbursed payment plus the price of the return postage or you may ask for a sales reduction.

All our products conform to current Dutch legislation. We refuse all responsibility in the hypothesis that the delivered product does not respect the legislation of the country of delivery and in this case we will eliminate it from our catalogue.

All the personal data concerning you that we have received are treated with the strictest confidence, in accordance with the conditions of our protection of personal data policy. During your purchases we only ask you for the necessary information pertinent to the quality of our services and the handling of your order.
